  1. i really enjoyed this questionnaire , i think it has helped me get a understanding into what drug and alcohol abuse in the home , is really like and the effects it can have on young people. The document to help along with the questionnaire is very helpful and i would recommend that anybody who is struggling with problems within the family, this is a great way to ease your mind, and give you ways to understand how to get on the road to feel better

  2. There's so much support out there!

I had no idea about the different services that can help. I knew about Childline, but never thought my problems were that bad, but there are so many different services that want to help 🙂
